From January 2013 to November 2014 Julie Lebel, Hailey McCloskey, Lindsey Ridgway and Mirae Rosner were mentored by Karen Jamieson as part of our Dance In And For The Community Program. These participants worked in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside at Carnegie Community Centre and SFU Woodwards, offering dance workshops, and leading to a performance for the residents of this neighbourhood.

KYPHOSIS

Kyphosis is a 2010 choreographic commission from Michael Caldwell that involved a week long mentoring process and joint discovery. For more on the work click here.

Still Breath Standing

Still Breath Standing is a 2013 solo that was commissioned by Edmond Kilpatrick through funding from the BC Arts Council. It is an exploration in transformation and energy, in transitions of energy, state and emotion. For more on the work click here.
